Div or Die LLC does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information.

Information we collect

Div or Die LLC does not operate servers that receive personal information from our software. Our software does not require an account, a sign-in, or an email address in order to function.

Content created within our software — including entered text, added photographs, selected settings, and saved progress — is written to storage on the user's device. It is not transmitted to Div or Die LLC and is not accessible to us.

Analytics and advertising

Our software contains no analytics frameworks, no advertising software development kits, no third-party trackers, and no crash-reporting services that transmit data to us. This website does not use cookies or tracking technologies.

Device backups

Because application data is stored on the user's device, it may be included in device backups, including those made through Apple's iCloud or a local computer. Such backups are governed by Apple's privacy policy and are controlled by the user through their device settings. Div or Die LLC has no access to them.

Purchases

Where our software offers paid downloads or in-app purchases, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment details are handled by Apple and are not disclosed to Div or Die LLC. Our software receives only a confirmation from the operating system that a purchase is valid, which is used to unlock the corresponding features on the user's device.

Children

Our software does not collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. As no personal information is collected, none is disclosed, sold, or transferred.

Your rights

Privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA provide rights to access, correct, export, and delete personal information held by a company. Div or Die LLC holds no personal information about users of its software.

Data stored by our software on a device may be deleted by the user at any time, either by removing the content within the software or by uninstalling the software, which removes its stored data from the device.

Correspondence

Email sent to Div or Die LLC is received together with the sender's address and any information the sender chooses to include. It is used solely to respond to the sender. Correspondents are not added to mailing lists, and correspondence is not shared with third parties.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated before the release of any software that handles data differently, and the effective date above will be revised. Material changes will be described on this page.
